Sawhee is a Black and Chinese artist from the Bay Area. Growing up in San Francisco, he is naturally influenced by local Bay Area artists such as HBK, Iamsu, P-Lo, Sage the Gemini, Mac Dre, and many more homegrown talents alike. However, he is also influenced by artists in the the East coast, the South, and even international artists. He hopes to redefine and expand the the sounds of his hometown with his upcoming album, The Stay Inn, which blends genres such as Hip/Hop RnB, Soul, and Lo-Fi.
