With over a decade worth under his belt, this Tacoma, WA native has been on the cusp of a major breakthrough. After making his way from the underground to the mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop music scene in the Pacific Northwest, his smooth soulful pop vocals, versatile writing style and electrifying live show have primed him to be one of the best new artists in the industry. Previous stints include stops on American Idol, MTV’s Making The Band, and The Voice. Since 2010, he has released 2 indie albums, multiple mixtapes and countless singles on all major music outlets. His 2017 single, Still In Love, was produced by Grammy award winning super-producers, The Stereotypes, whose production include Bruno Mars’ 2017-18 radio hit singles: That’s What I Like and Finesse; Rocky teamed with August Rigo, hit-songwriter for Chris Brown, Justin Bieber and Usher, on the song. Rocky has been on the road touring heavily over the last few years building a loyal and unique fan base all over the country. His collaboration with industry distribution giant, Empire, has helped his name circulate among A&Rs at Def Jam, Atlantic and Universal Record while his single ‘Today’, was chosen as the soundtrack to the Miss WA, Miss Oregon, Miss Idaho and Miss Wyoming USA pageant. Through his own company Baguio City Music Box, he is currently releasing a brand new single every month for 2020, with the first 7 singles generating almost half a million streams on all digital music platforms.
