Rajan Sahota is an emerging hip-hop artist based in California. Originally from Punjab, Rajan emigrated to the United States at an early age. He grew up in a musical household for as long as he can remember and picked up percussion at the age of 5. This led him to develop an ear for catchy beats and melodies. In his teenage years, Rajan spent a lot of time around the DJ’ing scene. As life tested him with trials and tribulations, he used poetry to express himself. He later realized his passions would combine and started recording professionally in early 2019. Rajan Sahota has a unique story to share with the world that sets him apart from other Punjabi American artists.
