Ashya (pronounced "Asia") is a hip hop/pop/r&b singer and songwriter who was born in South Korea but moved to Los Angeles when she was 3 years old. Growing up as an Asian American in the Koreatown neighborhood of L.A., Ashya struggled to find her place in society, constantly let down by stereotypes and mocking. Through music she was able to overcome all discouragement to mold herself into the well-rounded person she is today. Through Red Kloud Society, Ashya has released 2 albums and an EP, and is set to release her latest album, "Dreams", produced by Micah Street.
